At Brown Table Talk, something shifted.
The conversations went deeper than expected.
The room felt different — like everyone in it
had been waiting for exactly that space.

Grow & Glow is what happens next.

What This Is

Not a networking event.

Grow & Glow is a curated, intentional experience — designed for the woman who has done the work and is ready to be seen in a room that reflects her.

Every element of this day has been considered. The people in the room. The conversations we’re holding. The energy we’re protecting.

Who This Is For

You belong here if…

  • You are actively building a business or brand in the wedding and events industry.
  • You are seeking clarity on what the next chapter of your work looks like.
  • You want to be in a room where aligned, serious women are the standard.
  • You are ready to invest in proximity — not just information.

Grow & Glow centers Black women. Women of color who move in alignment with that mission are welcome here.

What to Expect

A full day. Fully considered.

Opening Keynote
